The 2008 AGM will be held on Saturday February 23^rd at 5.30 p.m. in the Housman Room, University College, Gower Street WC1.  As on previous occasions, the AGM will be followed by a short concert finishing with an informal party to which all are invited.

Election of 12 Committee Members

The following committee members are willing to stand for re-election:: 

Deborah Behrman, Mike Crowe, Sue Estermann, Lyn Parkyns, Alan Reddish, Hugh Rosenbaum, Libby Summers.

Evelyn Bercott, Nick Murray, Richard Shaw and Peter Sowerby are retiring.

Would you like to serve on the Committee? Most members of the present Committee have held office for several years and some are stepping down.  If you want greater involvement in the making the music happen, or a role in deciding the Club’s future direction, then please consider standing for election.  The process is not too formal and you may nominate yourself.  Present committee members would be happy to talk to you beforehand about what is involved.

There are usually 6 Committee meetings per year.  Individual officers are not elected at the AGM. Jobs are distributed at the first meeting of the new Committee.
