Organisational Structure

The general activities of the Club are overseen by the main Club Committee.

The programme of Club concerts is coordinated by the Music Committee.
Coordinators for the different groups of performers ensure that different types of music are represented in the programmes, and that all members who wish to do so are given adequate opportunities to perform.

An AGM is held each year, usually around Easter. Amongst other items, each contains a report from the Music Committee on the activities of the previous year. In 2004 we changed the concert year from the Calendar Year to the Academic Year (as this makes programming easier). In 2009 we changed the financial year to correspond to the concert year, thus moving subsequent AGMs to the autumn.
